Central Whidbey

25. Fort Ebey State Park has excellent bluff and forest trails that connect to the Kettles system and good a beach walk as well. Fort Ebey SP Map

27. Fort Casey State Park features a restored gun battery with some forest and beach trails. It is adjacent to Seattle Pacific University's Camp Casey, which has nice forest trail and a neat old fort. Fort Casey SP Map

28. Rhododendron Park has a nice forest trail loop of about 4 miles.

30. Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens encompasses ten acres of display and educational gardens enveloped by forty-three acres of woodland preserve with 4+ miles of nature trails. About $8 per person. No online map available.

South Whidbey

53. Earth Sanctuary is a 72-acre preserve with trails and sacred spaces designed for meditation and prayer. About $7 per person.

Anacortes Maps
