MAXXEON Shipping Policy

Maxxeon Inc. charges a single shipping and handling fee per order of $9.99 to USA, $14.99 to Canada and $49.99 to International destinations.

After you have completed placing your work light order, you will receive a email confirmation that the order has been received and is in process. Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt. Maxxeon Inc. ships via UPS, FedEx, Purolator or USPS, and delivery is 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

MAXXEON Returns Policy

Items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. Please send an email to the address below and you will be notified with the return shipping procedures. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.

If the purchased item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in shipping and needs to be replaced, this product must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days or you will be charged for the replacement in addition to the original item. Please send an email to the address below and you will be notified with the return shipping procedures.

Once item ships, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason. All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.
